Alina joined Mazars in 2015 and boasts an experience of more than 15 years in auditing, with a focus on the financial services industry. Having a growth mindset and being open to taking on new challenges, Alina manages a diverse portfolio of clients from the financial services sector such as insurance, pension funds and finance institutions, contributing significantly to various projects, most of them being supervised by the national and international authorities (balance sheet reviews for the insurance sector in Romania and Bulgaria, diagnostic study on banks in Moldavia, etc.). Alina is an expert accountant, being a member of The Body of Expert and Licensed Accountants of Romania (CECCAR).
I am proud to welcome Alina to the management team of Mazars and I congratulate her for all her efforts and contribution to the development of the financial services team. As Mazars has grown into one of the top providers of professional services in Romania, Alina’s role will be to continue to increase our portfolio of clients and to contribute to the quality of our services, while further developing our financial services audit practice.

Being passionate about teaching the next generation of changemakers, Alina is currently growing her knowledge, and working alongside outstanding professionals within the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), and the Authority for Public Supervision of Statutory Audit Activity (ASPAAS).
I am delighted to join Mazars’ leadership team and I am taking this new role with enthusiasm and commitment to meet the expectations of such a position.
