AR&IR FORUM
We participate at AR&IR Forum (May 23, Bucharest), an annual conference dedicated to best practices in investor relations and corporate governance, oganised by the Romanian Investor Relations Association (ARIR)
The first edition of Analyst Relations & Investor Relations Forum is entitled „Winning strategies for attracting investors and capital” and it aims to review the current status of investor relations in Romania, to present international best practices and to bring to the stage the latest trends and upcoming European projects impacting publicly-listed companies. The topics of corporate governance, non-financial reporting and professional development will also be covered.
Razvan Butucaru will be among the speakers, talking about our recent CEE M&A study findings.
