Tax administrator

Job description
You will be working on a range of support services, which will include:
- Maintaining and updating the departments’ databases
- Providing administrative support and working towards meeting deadlines
- Carrying out any required secretarial duties as delegated by management
- Coordinating travel arrangements for team members
- Supporting in the Firm’s archive management policies
This position provides working hand-in-hand with professionals and playing an integral part in the success of our organisation. The successful candidate will form part of the Firm’s Tax team and will report to the department manager/partner. You can expect to learn, get involved and be empowered.
Qualifications
You are a team player, actively communicates with team members and are self-motivated. You are organised as well as have an eye for detail. You possess excellent English and have strong written and verbal communication skills. You are proficient with Google, Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
