Michelle Vokounová Financial Advisory Manager

Michelle Vokounová has extensive experience in financial auditing of commercial and manufacturing companies gained in Big4. She currently specializes in transactional advisory with a primary focus on financial due diligence for real estate, energy and manufacturing companies and is responsible for managing due diligence projects at Forvis Mazars. Her expertise also includes accounting advisory services, especially in the area of consolidations, experience in restructuring of multinational groups of companies and valuation of companies.

Michelle has successfully completed her studies at the Faculty of Law of Charles University, where she passed the rigorous examination at the Civil Law Department, obtaining the degree of JUDr.
