What can the Madison app offer you?
We have currently developed a payroll document repository to store documents for your employees, such as payslips, pension records, taxable income
certificates and any other certificates as required by your employees.
The main advantages of Madison:
• Simplification of HR processes: Employees can handle many of their payroll requirements independently, online and from the comfort of their own home. Save hours of time dealing with employee paperwork and follow-up communication.
• Optimization for all devices: The app is compatible with computers, mobile phones and tablets.
• Easy access to documents: Employees can access and independently download stored documents at any time.
• Security: The application is designed in such a way that individual documents no longer need to be password protected, while the security data and
data protection will remain guaranteed.
• Access for outgoing employees: The portal can also remain open for employees who leave your company, allowing them to access
and download all payroll documents for a specified period of time after their employment ends.
What else is Madison up to?
We will shortly introduce new user-friendly Taxpayer Declaration and Application forms annual tax settlement, which employees intuitively complete
by filling in tax documents. And that’s just the beginning – we’ll be gradually expanding the Madison app with more useful functionality.
