Jan Kellner appointed Global Partner of Mazars
Mazars' global partners are also shareholders of Mazars SCRL, a limited liability company based in Belgium, which is tasked with defining the strategic objectives of the Mazars Group and coordinating their implementation at the member entity level. Mazars SCRL also has specific responsibility for the promotion and protection of the Mazars brand worldwide.
Jan Kellner has 16 years of experience in external audit and financial consulting. He leads and coordinates audit teams in audits of individual and consolidated financial statements of Czech and international companies. He specialises in audits of companies operating in the manufacturing and services sector, as well as auditing services for clients in the financial sector. Jan Kellner is a statutory auditor registered with the Chamber of Auditors of the Czech Republic, a certified IFRS specialist and a member of the Chamber of Chartered Accountants. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics and Business Management.
The Audit Department currently employs more than 50 professionals, whose services are used by over 300 clients of various industries and sizes.

The network is unique in that it is made up of only two members and will operate under one brand and apply the same quality and service standards from 1 June 2024. The two member firms remain independently managed and owned by their existing partners. Effective 1 June 2024, Mazars U.S. will also join Forvis Mazars U.S.
