The change of the VAT Act and impact on e-commerce
If your company is involved in e-commerce in any way or you operate or use an electronic sales platform or you provide cross-border services to non-commercial entities, we highly recommend that you discuss the extensive changes that will be in effect in this area from 1 July 2021. The changes are absolutely fundamental both in fiscal and in administrative demands and are practically impossible to avoid.
