I would like to present the new issue of our tax newsletter to you. Our tax department believe you will find all articles useful.
In this issue we will be introducing selected changes concerning income tax and VAT that have occurred in connection with the tax package that came into effect on 1 April 2019.
We will also introduce you to an interesting judgment by the Supreme Administrative Court, which specifies how to proceed when interpreting the terms pursuant to treaties to prevent double taxation in relation to local legislation.
Another article is dedicated to the application of VAT for meal vouchers and in the last article we draw your attention to the new reporting obligation of employers.
