IT security management explained at French Chamber in Shanghai
In each company, no matter which size, all key data are now stored in electronic format. From a simple worksheet to a complex ERP-system, every system is potentially vulnerable to attacks. Due to the complexity of today’s systems and the increased usage of internet it becomes more and more difficult to have fully effective security measures to ensure availability, integrity and confidentiality of systems and data. The presentation will try to answer the following questions: “What are the risks related to IT systems? How to mitigate them? What are the specific risks in China?”.
Mr. Christopher Hock, Head of IT Audit Mazars China, Beijing Office, and Mr. Pierre-Francois Lafontaine, Member of IT Audit Mazars China, Shanghai Office will speak on IT security management at the IT & Telecom Working Group of the French Chamber of Industry and Commerce in Shanghai on Wednesday, 24th of November 2010, from 06:45 pm to 08:00 pm.
