About the speakers
Peter Law is a Tax Senior Manager at Mazars. He specialises in PRC and Hong Kong tax and business consulting services to both corporate and individual clients. His areas of expertise include advising foreign investors on optimal investment holding structures and proposed foreign investment enterprises in China. He is actively involved in structuring PRC and overseas cross-border transactions such as performing PRC transfer pricing review between related parties, due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, and group restructuring exercises.
Jacky Zou is a Partner at Bao Rui Legal. He specializes in corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, capital market, domestic and overseas investment, as well as commercial dispute resolution. Jacky is experienced in corporate investment and financing and he is familiar with various modes of mergers and acquisitions. He has maintained a good relationship with foreign and domestic investment banks, financial advisers and strategic and venture investment funds, and he is well acquainted with the practices of capital operations. He also has a good record in providing comprehensive legal services for enterprises as well as assisting in the Setup of cooperative platforms for corporate investment and financing.
