• Extensive experience in advising (in French and English) SMEs, international companies, foundations, associations and private clients in Switzerland and abroad in various areas of law
• Contractual and commercial law (e.g., review and negotiation of contracts)
• Labour law (e.g., review of employment contracts and company regulations, drafting of termination agreements, strategic advice on dismissal and modification of employment contracts, coordination with HR departments to deal with punctual issues, training concerning labour law)
• Corporate law (e.g, advisory related to the set up of companies as well as to all documents needed during the lifetime of the entities, drafting of shareholders’ agreement and internal regulations, advice on contracts shares/quotas purchase agreements and drafting thereof, etc.)
• Immigration law (e.g, work permit applications, assistance as to employees’ secondment, support for the obtention of the Swiss nationality)
