Mazars brings renowned M&A expert on board as Partner
Zurich, 22 May 2024 Mazars, the international audit, tax and advisory firm, has welcomed Patrik Kerler, a proven M&A expert, as a partner. Together with his team, he will be responsible for the further development and growth of the M&A, Transaction Services and Valuations activities in German-speaking Switzerland and Ticino.
Patrik Kerler is a proven expert with over 25 years of experience in a wide range of corporate finance and M&A transactions. He was previously a Managing Director at Credit Suisse Investment Banking and a Partner at KPMG. He has led numerous national and international corporate transactions in various industries and with a specific focus on medium-sized Swiss companies.
