Appointment of Antonio Rubino as Head of Mazars' Financial advisory/Deals in Romandie

He joins Mazars as an Executive Director and will be responsible for developing further the activities dedicated to transactions and business successions. Mazars thus welcomes a recognised expert in the fields of mergers and acquisitions, support in buying and selling transactions, financial valuations and modelling as well as due diligence.

Antonio Rubino, an economics graduate, has more than 20 years of professional experience, notably as CEO of the Switcher Textile Group, Partner of Dimension Corporate Finance and with a Big4.
