2022 | Swiss E-Mobility Group (Schweiz) AG has mandated Mazars for the financial and tax due diligence of Alexand'Ro Edouard'O Passion Vélo Sàrl, a company specialised in the sale of indoor and outdoor bicycles and skis.
The two shareholders of Alexand'Ro Edouard'O Passion Vélo Sàrl have decided to sell their shares to external investors. In this context, Constellation Capital, through the company Swiss E-mobility Group (Schweiz) AG, decided to acquire 100% of the stakes in 2022.
Mazars advised the buyer in the financial and tax aspects through a due diligence of the target led by the team composed of Jean Gafan (tax) and of Antonio Rubino and David Maquelin (financial advisory).
