Forvis Mazars supported the ELIS Group in the acquisition of Wäscherei Bodensee AG

January 2025 | ELIS Group, leader in circular services, has acquired Wäscherei Bodensee AG. The Financial advisory team at Forvis Mazars assisted ELIS in conducting financial advisory support for this acquisition.

The ELIS Group, global leader in circular services with a presence in 29 countries and a team of 52,000 employees, has acquired Wäscherei Bodensee AG. The company operates two laundries, in Münsterlingen and Pfaffnau. It employs 220 people and generated sales of c. 27 million of euros in 2024.

This strategic acquisition enables ELIS Switzerland to strengthen its position as the leading provider of circular services by serving more customers in the healthcare and hospitality sectors.
