May 2024 | ADEFI SA, which specialises in the installation of sprinkler systems, has joined forces with Enki Capital SA, a Private Equity fund dedicated to Swiss SMEs. Forvis Mazars assisted Mrs Monique Ciocca and Mr Luc Ciocca (ADEFI SA shareholders) throughout the process, providing valuable expertise for this transaction.
ADEFI SA is active in the field of fire safety, offering a complete range of services covering all stages of the sprinkler system installation process. With a workforce of around twenty, the company is strongly established in the market and is one of the leaders in Western Switzerland.
Enki Capital's acquisition marks a new stage in ADEFI SA’s development strategy. This transaction will enable the company to enjoy the support of operational and strategic experts as it continues its strong growth.
