Sirirat Fongwitoo Director - Legal

Sirirat joined the Mazars (Thailand) Ltd. Legal team in April 2014. Before that, she worked for more than 17 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal & Tax Consultants Ltd.

Sirirat has practiced and experienced in providing wide range of legal, corporate and commercial advices. She focuses her practice on national restructure and reorganization matters. She has more than 17 years’ experience advising debtors, creditors, liquidators on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious corporate restructuring.

Sirirat has worked in numerous industries including automobile, oil & gas, petrochemical, airline, retailing and wholesaling, hotel and general manufacturing. She has been active in providing and involving in legal advice and corporate restructuring of the multinational key clients.

Her experience is not limited to but also include in the areas of corporate, commercial law, foreign investment, mergers and acquisitions, drafting commercial contracts, and labour law.
