IBC support for adoption of ISSB Standards
The Growth and Emerging Markets Committee (GEM) of the International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO) has created a new network supporting the adoption of ISSB standards.
A new network supporting the adoption of ISSB standards.
The network comprises over 30 jurisdictions which are at different stages in working towards adoption, with others expressing an interest in being involved in the future. The focus of the network will be on building capacity for supervision and enforcement of standards, understanding how adoption can be achieved and assessing market readiness.
