Empowering any Person to Sign Documents
Generally, unless otherwise provided by laws or regulations, a company’s authorised director(s) can issue a Power of Attorney to empower any person to sign documents on behalf of the company.

However, there are certain documents for which a Power of Attorney cannot be granted:
- Application forms for registration of any changes of the company with the Department of Business Department;
- Minutes of the Board of Directors’ Meeting;
- Minutes of the Shareholders’ Meeting;
- Share certificates;
- Audited financial statements;
- Form for submission of the audited financial statements;
- Half year corporate income tax return (PND 51); and
- Annual corporate income tax return (PND 50).
