Mariana Dragomir Partner, Outsourcing - Accounting
As a Partner within the Outsourcing – Accounting department of Forvis Mazars in Romania, Mariana works together with her team to help finance leaders accelerate transformation in their business and function, in order to achieve their corporate objectives. Mariana joined the firm in 2013 as a Supervising Senior, after its merge with Adevaris. Prior to joining Mazars, Mariana worked with other consulting companies.
Mariana boasts an experience of more than 17 years in financial accounting, management accounting and financial reporting. She was involved in several start-up projects, and she coordinates teams that are working for clients who outsourced the entire accounting and financial function of their companies, with special focus on project management for implementation of various ERP systems. Mariana contributes actively to the growth of the next generation of professionals by coordinating annual internship programs in collaboration with The Bucharest University of Economic Studies, and also speaking at local seminars and workshops. She also guides a team of professionals with specialised knowledge and experience in various sectors.
Mariana is a graduate of The Bucharest University of Economic Studies, with a degree in Accounting, Audit and Management Information Systems. She also holds a Master’s degree in Accounting, Control and Accounting Expertise, granted by the same University. Mariana is fluent in English and has a good knowledge of French.
