Cristina Nicula (Iordache) Manager, Tax

Cristina is specialized in Economics and Management of International Business awarded by the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest.  

She has over 7 years of professional experience in taxation as a tax and financial advisor in Romania. Her field of expertise is VAT (VAT advisory, VAT refunds, VAT registration. VAT assistance to audits, VAT compliance obligations). 

She advised clients operating in various industries such as Retail, Production, Automotive, Financial Services, Real Estate. 

Cristina has been a speaker at seminars, conferences and authored several articles on tax issues.  

Before joining Mazars team, Cristina has worked in the tax department of KPMG and the financial department of Coca-Cola HBC Romania. 

She is member of the Romanian Chamber of Tax Consultants (CCF). 

She is fluent in English and in Spanish.
