Ioana Vlad-Rădulescu Director, International Payroll & Compliance

Ioana Vlad Radulescu is the Director of the International Payroll and Global Compliance service line.

She has 19 years of overall experience in various finance functions such as controllership, SSC/BPO, corporate finance program management (ERP deployments, new legal entity set ups, tax advantage models, finance transformation & innovation) as well as complex M&A.

Ioana holds a University Degree in International Business and Economics as well as a Masters’ Degree in International Finance Program Management.

Fluent in English, French and Romanian.
