Thus, combining the two plans and understanding that they are in fact closely related, they can be both effective in the workplace and active in classes.
The prioritization of tasks is a key point, making the smooth connection between career and personal life. As far as I am concerned, task sharing is the ideal way to manage time as efficiently as possible. I am more active at the beginning of the day, so I choose to do important tasks in the first part of the program, and the second part of the work hours I reserve to help my colleagues.
These being said, when I finish my work schedule, I am not stressed because I did not have time to finish a task and this allows me to enjoy a carefree evening.
With the help and guidance of my Mazars mentor, I have come to the point where I can say that I find myself in what I do. This aspect strongly contributes to my desire to constantly evolve in my career. Success at work helps me to have a positive attitude outside of it and develops me even on a personal level, managing to do better in some everyday situations.
I think it is very important to strike a balance between our occupation and the activities we enjoy so that we become proactive and not overwhelmed by our daily tasks. But once we understand that both are equally important to be truly fulfilled, the balance will be much easier to find.
