Built for forward with Forvis Mazars: empowering professionals in outsourcing
On 1 June, two leading professional services firms, Mazars, an international partnership operating in over 100 countries and territories, and FORVIS, a top ranked firm in the United States, launched their new global network, Forvis Mazars.
As a Country Managing Partner at Forvis Mazars in Romania, in the next period, I will focus on bringing forward the unique advantages of our new network to companies in Romania, as well as sharing even more knowledge on our service lines, and the people behind them.
My interviewee for today is Luminița Bornoiu, Partner, Head of Outsourcing, who boasts an experience of more than 24 years in financial accounting, of which 18 years in the consultancy field as a certified accountant, tax, and financial advisor in Romania.
1. Luminița, companies, both large and small, are turning to Forvis Mazars’ outsourcing team to help them improve performance, secure compliance processes, manage costs and provide a level of flexibility in resourcing and skills. With the launch of our new network, can you tell me how Forvis Mazars embodies its brand pillar of ‘empowered professionals’ in outsourcing?
Our new network is a game-changer for our outsourcing team. It’s like giving our talented professionals a superpower – the ability to tap into a global pool of expertise and resources. No matter the client's location or specific challenge, our empowered professionals can craft the perfect solution.
This network continues to fuel their entrepreneurial spirit. They can hone their skills within a supportive environment and leverage the network's flexibility to tailor services to each client's unique needs. It’s not a one-size-fits-all approach – it’s a team of empowered professionals, armed with cutting-edge tools, working tirelessly to exceed client expectations.
Within our company, empowered professionals translate to empowered clients. This is why we invest in building a team that can truly understand and address our client’s specific needs. It’s a winning combination for performance, compliance, cost-efficiency, and building strong, lasting relationships with their outsourcing partner.
2. How do you envision this global network reshaping the outsourcing landscape, particularly in Romania, and what opportunities do you foresee for both clients and professionals?
The launch of Forvis Mazars indeed marks a significant milestone in the professional services industry. This global network is set to reshape the outsourcing landscape by bringing together a wealth of expertise, experiences, and resources from across the world, which will be particularly beneficial for Romania.
For our clients, we now offer coast-to-coast coverage in the U.S. with a full range of audit, tax, advisory, and outsourcing services, while keeping our integrated partnership and model in the rest of the world, which has been the backbone of our success. In Outsourcing, we offer both Accounting, Financial Reporting, and HR & Payroll services, that are flexible and scalable, enabling our clients to react quickly to changes in their business or industry. We will continue to work as one team across the globe, offering an unmatched client experience at scale, with agility and consistency.
For our teams, we will continue to offer a breadth of client engagement experiences, helping them acquire a deep understanding of their markets, as well as the skills needed to prepare them for tomorrow’s changing world. With Forvis Mazars, they get to work with an even more diverse team and build a fulfilling career, one that fits their ambitions while contributing to ours. We are convinced that our new network will enable us to attract the best talent to support our growth.
In essence, Forvis Mazars will drive innovation and excellence in outsourcing, benefiting both our clients and professionals in Romania and beyond.
