Adam Zohry Executive Manager, Corporate Finance & M&A
Central & Eastern Europe Co-Lead for Mazars Group
Adam Zohry is actively engaged in local and cross-border Financial Advisory projects in Poland and Central & Eastern Europe, with a particular focus on Transaction Services and Corporate Finance/M&A (sell-side and buy-side). He advises clients on deals including company disposals, acquisitions, MBOs and finance raising. He has applied his knowledge in many diverse industries, including Food & Beverage, Retail & Consumer Products, Automotive, Manufacturing, Real Estate & Construction, Telecom, Transport & Logistics and IT & New Technologies.
Apart from that, he is also in charge of the operational coordination of the Financial Advisory Services practice for the whole Central & Eastern European region directly covered by our firm, which includes the following countries: Albania, Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia (acting as a hub for the Adria region), Czech Republic, Hungary, Kosovo, Poland, Romania, Russia, Slovakia and Ukraine.
He has experience working in France, Poland, Belgium, Germany, Cote d’Ivoire and Qatar, notably in investment banking (Société Générale CIB, Concordia Capital), advisory (PricewaterhouseCoopers) and European institutions (European Central Bank, European Commission).
He graduated from Sciences-Po Paris and Warsaw School of Economics. He is also the president of the Sciences-Po Alumni Association in Poland. He speaks fluently French, Polish and English.
