Justin has been working in EU competition policy for over 25 years and is one of the most highly recognised experts in the field globally.
He works as an advisor on remedies and compliance for clients contemplating transactions involving remedies and implementation of commitment packages. He has significant experience of M&A processes and divestments in the context of a commitment, including board-level appointments with various companies.
Justin has an LLB (Hons), a postgraduate diploma in EC Competition Policy, and qualified as a barrister in 1995. He speaks fluent German and French and is based in Brussels and London.
