Forvis Mazars receives Investors in Diversity Gold Award

Forvis Mazars is proud to announce that the firm has been awarded Investors in Diversity Gold accreditation by the Irish Centre for Diversity.

This recognition places us among only 27 organisations in Ireland to achieve this prestigious standard.

A commitment to leading in EDI

Achieving Investors in Diversity Gold is an important milestone in our diversity journey. Now more than ever, it is essential to underline the importance of diversity in our workplaces.

Diversity and inclusion are core to our culture in Forvis Mazars and has been an important factor in the growth of our business. We strive to create a workplace where every individual feels valued, respected and empowered to contribute. Our journey towards Gold is a testament to our people-first approach, which is driven by our core values and embedded within our People Strategy.

This achievement reflects years of partner focus on ensuring a fair and diverse working environment, including:

  • Establishing a Diversity & Inclusion partner group.
  • Achieving Bronze accreditation in 2020 and Silver accreditation in 2021
  • Launching Including You, our staff EDI committee.
  • Developing our Women in Leadership programme, in partnership with UCD Professional Academy, part of our annual Group Women in Leadership programme.
  • Introducing focused mentoring and coaching programmes.
  • Continuously monitoring and improving our gender pay gap, which is now positive.

Achieving Gold required a rigorous assessment process supported by extensive evidence demonstrating our diversity and inclusion practices across five key pillars: Leadership, Policy & Practice, Recruitment & Retention, Monitoring & Data and External Impact.
