Sonya Boyce Director, People Consulting
Sonya Boyce is a director in Forvis Mazars consulting and leads the people consulting and organisational development service line. The division has grown significantly in recent years and the offering encompasses recruitment, compliance, HR audit and review, leadership development, organisational design and organisational development. She leads the team that delivers a range of HR consulting services to clients across the public and private sector.
Sonya writes and speaks extensively on topics such as gender pay gap reporting and diversity and inclusion. She is a member of the Irish Management Consultants Association and is a certified Prince II Project Management Practitioner. Sonya is also accredited by the British Psychological Society in conducting Psychometric Assessment.
