Forvis Mazars shakes up professional services industry with its new $5 billion global network

Forvis Mazars, one of the top 10 global networks according to the 2023 IAB World Network Ranking, based on 2023 revenues of €2.8 billion (US$3 billion) from Mazars and €1.6 billion (US$1.7 billion) from Forvis, is the largest new entrant in the global ranking in decades. In this two-firm network format, Forvis Mazars is unique in the market and provides agility, capacity, and coverage to support clients anywhere in the world. This move brings more choice to the market, serving the public interest.

Key Leadership Positions Revealed

The network is composed of two members: Forvis Mazars, LLP in the United States and Forvis Mazars Group SC, an integrated international partnership operating in over 100 countries and territories. The network will be managed through a structure that includes a Global Network Board, responsible for enabling collaboration and continuous delivery to clients worldwide.

In Brazil, Eduardo Cabrera continues as CEO & Chairman and reiterates, "Our purpose is to continue providing Brazilians with excellent and personalized service, according to each client's needs. But with Forvis's partnership, it will be possible to operate in all countries, further helping multinationals."

Check below the composition of the Global Network Board:

• Hervé Hélias will be the first chairman of the Global Network Board. Hélias will also continue to serve his current term as chairman of the Executive Board of Forvis Mazars Group, SC (formerly Mazars Group). Matt Snow, chairman of Forvis Mazars, LLP (formerly Forvis, LLP), will serve as vice-chairman of the Global Network Board. 
• In the United States, Tom Watson will continue to serve as CEO of Forvis Mazars, LLP (formerly Forvis, LLP) and will also be part of the Network Board. 
• Rob Pruitt, Fran Randall, and Tim York from Forvis Mazars, LLP, will be part of the Global Network Board. David Chaudat, Pascal Jauffret, Véronique Ryckaert, and Phil Verity from Forvis Mazars Group will be part of the Global Network Board.
