• Dzung is the Partner in charge of legal advisory services. She is a registered lawyer and a member of Hanoi Bar Association and Vietnam Bar Federation.
• Dzung has over 14 years of comprehensive experience in investment, corporate, labor, real estate, and mergers & acquisitions (M&A). She is highly skilled in providing strategic legal advice, conducting thorough due diligence, and managing complex transactions. Dedicated to providing effective solutions, she prioritizes the alignment of business objectives with strict adherence to regulatory compliance.  
• Dzung has developed a deep understanding of labor law and personal data protection regulations. Her expertise involves advising organizations on best practices for staying compliant with labor standards, promoting fair employment, and managing employee relations. In the area of personal data protection, she has effectively guided clients through the complexities of data privacy laws, helping them set up solid data protection policies and practices.
