• Dzung has over 14 years of comprehensive experience in investment, corporate, labor, real estate, and mergers & acquisitions (M&A). She is highly skilled in providing strategic legal advice, conducting thorough due diligence, and managing complex transactions. Dedicated to providing effective solutions, she prioritizes the alignment of business objectives with strict adherence to regulatory compliance.  
• Dzung has developed a deep understanding of labor law and personal data protection regulations. Her expertise involves advising organizations on best practices for staying compliant with labor standards, promoting fair employment, and managing employee relations.
