Tax & Legal updates - Alert on proposed changes of the draft Decree amending Decree 132 on transfer pricing

In July 2024, the Ministry of Finance publicly released the draft Decree amending Decree No. 132/2020/ND-CP dated 5 November 2020 ("Decree 132") of the Government on tax administration for enterprises with related party transactions to gather feedback from ministries and the business community before official issuance. The draft Decree is anticipated to take effect from the 2024 tax period.
