Forvis Mazars advises Accor on Orbis sale deal

Forvis Mazars in Poland has been part of the Forvis Mazars international team acting as Accor’s financial advisors on the sale of Orbis light-asset business in October 2019, and of Orbis shares to AccorInvest, which was successfully closed at the beginning of 2020.
Accor is the worldwide leader in hospitality. Orbis has been the largest group investing in hotel assets in Poland and Eastern Europe, with more than 70 hotels and 14K rooms.
