Yassin Machdi Director, Financial Advisory

Yassin has more than 22 years of experience. He has covered a number of sectors including financial advisory, plantation, manufacturing, finance & accounting, construction, industrial estate, pharmaceutical, consumer goods, mining, insurance and construction. Prior to joining Mazars, he worked with PT BNI Sekuritas, PT Bahana Sekuritas, PT BDO Financial Advisors Indonesia, PT Penjaminan Infrastruktur Indonesia (Persero), Yi Feng Pte Ltd (Singapore), RSM Indonesia, PT London Sumatera Indonesia Plantation Tbk, dan Indonesia Bank Restructuring Agency (IBRA/BPPN). 

Yassin’s portfolio spans over M&A, fundraising, restructuring, corporate finance, transaction support and business solutions.

Yassin holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Indonesia and a master’s degree from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven Belgium. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Indonesia Chartered Accountants (IAI), a Broker Dealer Representative (WPPE), and an Underwriter Representative (WPEE).
