He heads our Deals practice at Mumbai office of Mazars India. Santosh has specialization in Financial Due Diligence.

• Santosh has supervised a number of Financial Due Diligence assignments for corporate or financial investors in India and in Europe, including major acquisitions made by Mazars' group clients in India.
• Santosh also advises global tech funds to help them find the right entrepreneurs and startups for investment in India.
• Leading the monitoring of the business performance and divestiture process of the divestment business on high profile and complex Merger Control cases with deal size ranging from USD 10 million to USD 1.4 billion in India assisting Competition Commission of India as part of Monitoring Trustee Services. Mazars India is a national leader in Monitoring Trustee Services.
• Member of Mazars APAC group of 20 members to monitor and promote growth of Deal Advisory practice in the region.

He works across a wide range of industry sectors, including agro / agro chem, D2C, oil and gas, airlines, consumer products, construction, software, manufacturing and fintech.
