Submission of Annual Establishment Report on Wages

The Department of Labor and Employment reminds all private establishments in the Philippines to submit their Annual Establishment Report.

The Department of Labor and Employment issued Labor Advisory No.3, s. 2025 on March 15, 2025, which reminds private establishments to submit their Annual Establishment Report on Wages until June 30, 2025. The contents of the report must be as of December 31, 2024. 

What is included in the Annual Establishment Report on Wages? 

The Labor Advisory, citing Article 124 of the Labor Code of the Philippines, reads: 

All private establishments are required to submit an annual report on the verified itemized listings of their labor component, specifying the names of their rank-and-file employees, including learners, apprentices and workers with disabilities who were hired under the terms prescribed in the employment contracts, and their corresponding salaries and wages.”  

How can private establishments submit their 2024 Annual Establishment Report on Wages?  

All private establishments can register and log-in to the Department of Labor and Employment’s online compliance portal through this link, Online Compliance Portal, from 17 March 2025 to 30 June 2025 for the submission of their 2024 Annual Establishment Report on Wages (AERW).
