Profesional Experience

10 years of experience in the tax practice, extensive knowledge in national tax matters, which allows him to advise and support various domestic and foreign companies seeking, mainly, to invest in new subsidiaries in Mexico.

He has participated in several mergers and liquidations of companies, as well as in the analysis and determination of the disposal of shares and tax costs.

As part of his activities, he provides advice on various tax consulting and compliance matters and supervises and supports in the refund of tax credits for clients in various sectors.

Master’s degree in Taxation by Universidad Tecnologica de Mexico.

Diploma in National and International Taxes by Escuela Bancaria y Comercial.

Bachelor's Degree in Public Accounting by Universidad Tecnologica de Mexico.
