Joe Walsh Director, Tax
Joe Walsh is a director in our financial servicestax team. He has extensive experience advising financial services clients on tax advisory and corporation tax compliance matters.
He works with financial services clients, including banks, securitisation vehicles, regulated funds and insurers, advising them on a range of issues, such as establishing in Ireland, mergers and acquisitions, withholding taxes and tax appeals.
Joe also advises on international tax measures initiated at OECD and EU level including BEPS – Pillar 2, Interest Limitation and Anti-Hybrid Mismatch rules.
He is a Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA) and Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA). During his professional training, Joe received awards for placing in two ACCA examinations.
