Established in 1982, Davenham is a highly successful and fast-growing business. Based in Ireland with significant operations internationally, the business has a strong reputation in its core area of operations (i.e. the end-to-end provision of LV switchgear systems, primarily for data centres).

France based Legrand Group has c. 38,000 employees around the world, specialising in electrical and digital building infrastructures, dedicated to supporting technological, societal and environmental change around the globe.

Forvis Mazars supported Davenham on the deal, providing financial and taxation vendor due diligence services.
