Mirjam Marasović Partner, AOS, Management Consulting

Mirjam Marasović Ćurčić is a partner in the accounting department and the founder of the Management Consulting department at Forvis Mazars in Adria region. Mirjam has more than 20 years of experience in management functions dealing with strategic and business planning, corporate finance, accounting, controlling, capital market activities and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) in various industries, especially FMCG, retail and agriculture in the Adria region.

During her career, she focused on creating business cases related to strategic initiatives, restructuring programs, cost optimization, led automation and digitalization initiatives, and established new value-added processes, especially in financial and business controlling, reporting system design, accounting system and implementation of ERP, BI and DMS systems.

She also has experience in managing and developing talent through leading a team of more than 60 employees.

She holds a master's degree from the University of Zagreb, further educated in the General Management Executive program at INSEAD and BLED School of Management. She has undergone numerous professional trainings and educations, leadership programs and has an Executive coaching practicioner diploma.
