The Croatian Minister of Finance adopted Decision on the interest rates on loans between related parties in the amount of 3,42% for 2020.

Decision on amounts of base for calculating compulsory insurance contributions for 2020, which established the highest monthly base for calculating contributions of 50.688 HRK or 608.256 HRK per annum, was adopted as well.

Following the adoption of the final proposals for amendments to the tax Acts, proposal for amendments to the tax Rulebooks which further define the earlier proposed changes to the tax Acts have been presented to the public through the online platform E-savjetovanje. Overview of the most significant changes to the tax rulebooks will be presented in this edition of tax newsletter.
