We held an ESEF panel
The panel, accompanied by more than a hundred attendees, was held on September 23rd; Poslovna inteligencija and Mazars' goal was to introduce the obligatory to the purpose of ESEF and to encourage through the panel discussion an exchange of aspects about the importance of the new reporting format, regulatory framework, benefits and challenges, solutions in practice and expected future legislation development.
ESEF format
From the 1st of January 2022, all companies listed on the stock exchange will be obligated to make annual reports in European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) which is prescribed by regulatory technical standards made by the European Securities and Market Authority (ESMA), and adopted by the European Union.
