Mazars advised Quaestus Nekretnine Plc (“QUNE”) in asset deal
Mazars has advised Quaestus Nekretnine Plc (“QUNE”) in the asset deal where the remaining assets were sold to a Croatian buyer.
QUNE is a Croatian joint-stock company with a portfolio of shareholdings in real estate SPV’s, as well as other financial assets such as shares in Luka Ploče Plc and financial receivables.
Under sell side mandate, Mazars assisted QUNE in disposal of above specified assets, where final purchase price agreed amounted to 12,5m HRK.
