Relevant experience

• Before joining Mazars, Jerry has more than 12 years of experience in financial service industry in one of the Big 4 accounting firms and has vast experience and in-depth knowledge in audit of financial institutions under PRC GAAP and IFRS.
• Jerry has led various audit and assurance engagements in banking and financial sector, including statutory audit, special audit, IPO audit, among which Jerry was the lead manager and signing CPA of A-share IPO of one of the top 3 rural banks in China. Jerry also assists multilateral development banks in bond issuance projects.
• In addition, Jerry provides advisory services to financial institutions such as automation preparation of financial statements, etc. Jerry was one of the facilitators in PBOC training course to professionals in the banking sector and participated in the publication of book of 2020 Innovative Development in Inclusive Finance of Small and Medium-sized Bank.
• Jerry graduated from Rider University with Master of Accountancy and Business Administration (Summa Cum Laude) and is a member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CICPA).
• The major clients Jerry has served in recent years include banks and financial institutions, including Shanghai Rural Commercial Bank, Xiamen International Bank, New Development Bank, Suzhou Rural Commercial Bank, Bank of Communications, Blackrock CCB Wealth Management Company, Blackrock Fund Management Company, etc.
