为进一步促进银行业金融机构提升信贷管理能力和金融服务质效，金融监管总局对《固定资产贷款管理暂行办法》（中国银行业监督管理委员会令2009年第2号）、《流动资金贷款管理暂行办法》（中国银行业监督管理委员会令2010年第1号）、《个人贷款管理暂行办法》（中国银行业监督管理委员会令2010年第2号）和《项目融资业务指引》（银监发〔2009〕71号）等信贷管理制度（以下简称“三个办法一个指引”）进行修订，形成了《固定资产贷款管理办法》《流动资金贷款管理办法》《个人贷款管理办法》（以下简称《固贷办法》《流贷办法》《个贷办法》，并统称“三个办法”），自2024年7月1日起施行。

2024年2月8日，上海证券交易所（以下简称“上交所”）、深圳证券交易所（以下简称“深交所”）和北京证券交易所（以下简称“北交所”）发布了《上市公司自律监管指引——可持续发展报告（试行）（征求意见稿）》，向社会公开征求意见，并于2月29日结束公开意见征求。2024年4月12日，《上市公司自律监管指引——可持续发展报告（试行）》（“指引”）最终稿正式发布，将于2024年5月1日起正式实施。从披露主体范围来看，上交所、深交所采取强制披露和自愿披露相结合的方式，而北交所则鼓励上市公司自愿披露；具体要求方面，三大交易所各项条款基本保持一致。以上交所指引为例，从规则内容和规则实施两个方面，主要内容如下：
