Information Systems Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Systems Professional to manage our helpdesk, ensure compliance with IT regulatory policies, manage various IT systems, participate in IT audit engagements, and perform other duties as required by partners and senior managers. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with strong technical expertise and excellent managerial capabilities.

Information Systems Professional

Responsibilities include:

  1. Helpdesk Management: Oversee the helpdesk operations for a company of 50-60 people, ensuring all IT support queries are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all IT practices and systems comply with group regulatory policies concerning IT compliance, including data protection and security.
  3. Systems Management: Manage various systems related to daily work operations, client activities, cyber oversight, and IT project execution, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  4. IT Audit Engagement: Actively participate in IT audit engagements for general IT controls with public interest authorities, ensuring compliance and reporting discrepancies.
  5. Additional Duties: Undertake other responsibilities as mandated by partners and senior managers, which may involve special projects and cross-departmental collaboration.

Qualifications and skills required:

  1. English literacy is mandatory
  2. Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field as minimum
  3. Proven experience in IT management, particularly in helpdesk operations and system management for at least 5 years
  4. Strong knowledge of IT compliance regulations and standards.
  5. Experience in conducting IT audits and compliance assessments is preferred
  6. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Remuneration and work position will be in accordance with applicant’s experience
