Information Systems Professional
Responsibilities include:
- Helpdesk Management: Oversee the helpdesk operations for a company of 50-60 people, ensuring all IT support queries are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all IT practices and systems comply with group regulatory policies concerning IT compliance, including data protection and security.
- Systems Management: Manage various systems related to daily work operations, client activities, cyber oversight, and IT project execution, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- IT Audit Engagement: Actively participate in IT audit engagements for general IT controls with public interest authorities, ensuring compliance and reporting discrepancies.
- Additional Duties: Undertake other responsibilities as mandated by partners and senior managers, which may involve special projects and cross-departmental collaboration.
Qualifications and skills required:
- English literacy is mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field as minimum
- Proven experience in IT management, particularly in helpdesk operations and system management for at least 5 years
- Strong knowledge of IT compliance regulations and standards.
- Experience in conducting IT audits and compliance assessments is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Remuneration and work position will be in accordance with applicant’s experience
