Teja Paulin named local Tax Partner for Slovenia

Teja has 20+ years of experience in the fields of accounting, controlling, reporting, finance, taxes, internal audit, and tax consulting on direct and indirect taxes. In her previous position, she has participated in various projects representing clients in tax inspections, tax optimization, tax health checks, tax and accounting advisory and M&A transactions (due diligence). Aside from her Big4 experience, her impressive CV also includes leader positions at DUTB (Bank Asset Management Company), ERGO Life Insurance, Interseroh (waste management company), Tobačna Ljubljana, VBS Leasing and Prvi faktor (factoring services company).

Ever since joining Mazars in early 2020, Teja and her team excelled in performing services for many local and international clients from various industries, showing versatility as well as ability to build strong client relationships, proven by client feedback in our annual Client Listening Program survey.

Teja has also shown outstanding leader skills while doing her best to nurture and cherish her devoted team. If we had to put a label on her work style, it would have to be 'Work hard, play hard'.
