Sebastian Horvat is our new Financial Advisory director
Sebastian began his career in 2014 at KPMG, where he gradually made his way to the position of project manager in financial consulting. In his career, he has led numerous projects of successful mergers and acquisitions in Slovenia, Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, both on the sales and purchase side. He has a wealth of experience in the field of due diligence and company evaluations, and has also obtained the world-renowned CVA certificate (Certified Valuation Analyst), issued by NACVA.
In his free time, Sebastian likes traveling, engaging in sports activities and enjoying various types of arts.
