Jorge Villanueva succeeds Francisco Quiroz, who has played a fundamental role as partner at Forvis Mazars in Mexico. We deeply appreciate Francisco's leadership and dedication over the years, and we are confident that he will continue achieving success in his future projects within the firm.
With over 25 years of experience in auditing, 11 of them at Forvis Mazars, Jorge has proven to be an exceptional professional. Since 2023, he has also been a member of the Executive Board in Mexico.
His extensive experience includes the application of NIF, IFRS and US GAAP, financial statement audits, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) projects, quarterly reviews of public companies, and the preparation of documentation for initial public offerings (IPOs). Additionally, he has been instrumental in the adoption of IFRS for public entities in Mexico, the United States, and South America.
