She has extensive experience advising on multi-country high profile M&A deals globally, structuring share/asset acquisitions, new investments, corporate restructuring, pre and post deal restructuring, efficient profit repatriation techniques, and negotiating tax indemnities and warranties.

She has held Asia and global tax roles in an international European headquartered bank.
