PAYE Settlement Agreement for 2024
It is getting close to that time of year when employers need to consider whether they are required to make an application to Revenue in relation to a PAYE Settlement Agreement (PSA) for 2024.
The Irish Government have recently announced that after being closed for almost 10 months the Burgh Quay Registration office has re-opened and first-time registrations have commenced.
As first-time registrations require an individual to be present for the process, first time registrations cannot be done online.
Individuals who are required to register should book an appointment through the online portal here.
The Department of Justice has stated that individuals in the Dublin area, who are waiting for an appointment to register, are covered by the extension of immigration permission to 20 September 2021, if they were legally in Ireland in March 2020.
Non-EEA nationals residing inside Dublin can renew their immigration permissions online here.
Registrations outside of the Dublin area (both first time and renewal) are processed by the Garda National Immigration Bureau through the Garda Station network
